Amazon Associates Dashboard Automator (the "Extension") is a personal productivity tool that automates routine tasks on the Amazon Associates affiliate dashboard. This policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and what is never collected.
affiliate-program.amazon.com to extract performance metrics (clicks, earnings, shipped items), payment history, and commission offer status. This data is read directly from the page DOM and is never transmitted to any remote server other than the user's own local backend.chrome.storage.local: affiliate account name, local backend URL (default: http://localhost:5001), link-check interval, and operational state flags. This data never leaves the user's device.affiliate-program.amazon.com is accessed.The Extension communicates exclusively with a local backend service running on the user's own machine (http://localhost:5001). All scraped affiliate data is sent only to this local service. No data is forwarded to any cloud service, external API, or third-party server.
All configuration data stored via chrome.storage.local remains on the user's device and can be cleared at any time by removing the Extension or clearing extension storage in Chrome settings.
If this policy is updated, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
